1) Physical and chemical laboratory: Simple physical and chemical analysis of finished products and raw materials, mainly used for the detection of protein content, nitrogen and protein content of proteins and peptides in some special medical products, laboratory water manufacturing; special medical food and some PH value of raw materials; ultrasonic cleaning machine, etc.


2) Sample room and sample storage room: Raw material master and pilot test for application research, production of finished products, raw material sampling, stability test sampling, etc. According to relevant sample retention requirements, they are placed in different sample storage rooms for later verification and Check, if there is no special requirement, place it in the common sample room.


3) High-temperature greenhouse: Test equipment for high-temperature operation: High-temperature pressure sterilizers are mainly used for the detection of microorganisms; high-temperature blast drying ovens are mainly used for the drying of glassware and moisture detection of conventional special medical food and raw materials; high-temperature resistance boxes , Generally called muffle furnace, mainly used for the determination of some special medical food, raw material ash, sulfuric acid ash, etc., can also be used for the digestion of some metal ions during atomic absorption detection, such as: chromium, cadmium, arsenic, copper, manganese Wait.

The main detection methods are ultraviolet and visible light variable wave detection, fluorescence detectors and refractive index detectors. UV detectors are mainly used for substances that have ultraviolet absorption after dissolving in solution. Commonly used are vitamins, phenols and other substances. It is used for the detection of vitamins in special medical products. The fluorescence detector can be used to detect some vitamins in special medical foods and raw materials, such as vitamins A, D, E, etc. In addition, it contains protein and cereal special medical foods and raw materials. Detection of aflatoxin content in pesticides and pesticide residues in some agricultural products; refractive index detector: mainly for the detection of sugar content in special medical foods: if sugar, glucose, sucrose, maltose and other monosaccharides and Shuangtang.


The simultaneous use of atomic absorption and high-performance liquid phase can basically meet the testing items of special medical foods and raw materials. However, because some drugs are not yet in place, only some indicators can be detected.
